Non contact parts stainless steel to BS.1449 type 304L unless otherwise specified Bottom Dish – 5.0mm Strake (all) – 3.0mm Top Dish – 4.0mm Overall surface BS.1449 type 2b. External Weld:- Cleaned by band polishing a 50mm wide strip. (Weld cap left intact). Internal Weld:- Strip Polished 75mm wide strip. All argon arc welded using MIG/TIG processes. Mill Certificates to be supplied for all material Insulation: 50mm mineral rockwool (60kg/m3) insulation. Secured with polypropylene banding. Coverage: Vessel top dish, body and bottom dish. Cladding: Plastisol profile sheet S/S rivets.
