External Weld:- Cleaned by band polishing a 50mm wide strip. (Weld cap left intact).
Internal Weld:- Strip Polished 75mm wide strip.

All argon arc welded using MIG/TIG processes.

Mill Certificates to be supplied for all material

Insulation: 50mm mineral rockwool (60kg/m3) insulation. Secured with polypropylene banding.

Coverage: Vessel top dish, body and bottom dish.

Cladding: Plastisol profile sheet S/S rivets.
