The most valuable part of any business is the people that it employs. This can be said of Tanks and Vessels, where the team consists of talented, and dedicated individuals, many of whom have been with the company for decades.

Les Mair

Draughtsman
Les has now been with the company for 16 years. He runs our drawing office and by using the latest AutoCAD and Solidworks 3D software he brings our customer’s projects to life. By working closely with sales and manufacturing, Les amends technical drawings to the customer’s exact specifications, whether it be modifications to an existing vessel or the bespoke manufacturer of a new one.

Henry Morris

Sales Executive
Henry manages TVI’s Pumps and Process division, handling enquiries and advising customers on what equipment best fits their project requirements. He endeavours to find cost effective and time efficient solutions for customer’s projects.

Karen Beighton

Karen is the front of house for TVI, meeting and greeting every visitor with a warm welcome and a beverage. While most of her work involves providing hospitality for customers, she acts as the administrative nucleus of the office.

Tony Morris

Managing Director

Tony has been in the process and packaging industry was over 40 years. Through his knowledge of the industry, relationships with customers, and ‘can do’ attitude Tony has led us to where we are today.

Piers Brownbridge

Sales Executive – New and Used Tanks / Vessels
Piers has been in sales at TVI for over 12 years now, and during that period has created long term business relationships with handling hundreds of clients who trust him to find suitable solutions for their projects.

Gary James

Gary leads our site team managing day to day onsite operations and logistics. Together with Len, he has a wealth of experience handling removals and installations of various UK and overseas projects.

Shane McQuade

Shane leads our Fabrication shop team in modifying and manufacturing stainless steel tanks. He is an expert in welding and plating, with over 30 years of experience in the field.

Alan Hempstock

Sales Executive – New and Used Tanks / Vessels
Alan has been with us at TVI for nearly 2 decades now, and in that time has built an expansive knowledge of the technical aspects of tanks and vessels. Along with Piers he manages our New and Used Stainless steel tank division. Alan’s eye for detail and engineering intellect has helped many clients find time and cost effective solutions.
